Lip synching the anthem
Well, I found out that Jennifer Hudson lip synched the anthem during the Superbowl. My reaction is simply: No wonder she sang it so perfectly. One of my friends is very upset by this whole thing.I feel cheated! I felt this emotionality and come to find out she was acting!Well, yeah, I guess you can say that. Now y'all know how I feel about the National Anthem. Sista girl knocked it out: she hit the notes dead on, had a respectable amount of emotionality, and chose her dynamics and flourishes prudently without a bunch of vocal runs, bells and whistles. What a crazy few weeks it's been! I haven't really been doing much. I am constantly sitting on the fence between complete happiness and total disdain for my life. Actually, that sounds as if I have some sort of chemical imbalance doesn't it? I never really made any New Year's resolutions. However the black students couldn't swim in the Olympic sized pool because it took too much time to drain and refill the pool for the white kids; separate water fountains and the black students kept to themselves outside of the classroom.
