That’s how much pressure I’ve reduced from my joints and skeletal system. For each pound of body weight lost, there is a 4-pound reduction in knee joint stress among overweight and obese people and I’ve lost ten pounds, officially. And still I was debating on whether to order a cheese burger and fries at 3AM. I did not do it but I thought about it. Bad habits die hard. I said to myself:
You just lost ten pounds! Why the hell would you want to order a cheeseburger & fries at 3AM! What’s wrong with you?
So I ate an apple instead. I’ve got to do this my way: one urge at a time combined with consistent exercise. The Battle of the Bulge continues. It’s a good fight indeed!

Awesome Lady!! I am so proud of you. Next time you have an urge, take that money you would’ve spent on a burger and put it in a “me” jar. Then after awhile, buy yourself something fabulous.

Thanks Dear!
