It's morning and I am sitting in the doctor's waiting room. The doctor's office is located in an area hospital. It's not posh or fancy in any way. This comforts me for some reason. Knee Update
I just completed the second day of staying off of my left knee. No running errands, standing, walking city blocks or climbing stairs. And I have been applying cold and heat to my knee regularly. I must report that the swelling is gone and so are the sharp pains. However, I am not confidant that this will last. But it hasn't felt this close to normal (normal occasional pain) in over a week so I feel a tiny bit hopeful. I have cautious hope. …
