Yep folks!! The Million Dollar Quartet has asked me to rejoin them on the stage on Thursday, July 29th at the Apollo Theater!! I am so excited!!!! As some of you may recall, the last time I performed with the MDQ was a truly a wondrous occasion for me. The Party
I woke up on July 4th bright eyed and bushy tailed. I had a lovely breakfast (room service) and got ready to go downstairs for our 1pm pick up for soundcheck. I couldn't wait for the guys to see the grounds and the Ambassador's house. We pull up to the gate and of course get stopped by security. Gee, that sounds impressive! It was one of the nicest evenings I've had in awhile. So we (The Shivers and I) get to the hotel and as you know, I was exhausted.
