I performed with The Million Dollar Quartet (MDQ) again last night. It was a wondrous experience again - even better than the last time I performed with them in May. I was very nervous the first time I sang with the show.. I was just plain scared. I love singing at weddings.
Last night's gig was a wedding. And it was a humdinger! The bride was from Chicago. She had an MBA and was a world traveler. I got all of this info from the speeches made. In fact, the best man's speech was so funny and he was so charming (Oh! That accent!) that I kept thinking that I shoulda paid an admission to see it! Million Dollar Quartet & Me – Again!!!!!!
Yep folks!! The Million Dollar Quartet has asked me to rejoin them on the stage on Thursday, July 29th at the Apollo Theater!! I am so excited!!!! As some of you may recall, the last time I performed with the MDQ was a truly a wondrous occasion for me.
