I just got home from the second installment in the "Cities of Love" Movies: "New York, I love You" Just like "Paris, Je T'aime" New York, I love You is a film featuring eight minute shorts directed by different director's with an all-star cast. The texture of this film was grittier, more... you know... New York. "Age ain't nothing but a number." That's what a twenty something said to me last week. I laughed. Birthdays are for kids – and I feel like one today!
I am so excited!! I just received a bouquet of cookies for my birthday!! The delivery man was quite determined that I get them. He called twice and rang my buzzer several times. I was sleeping (picture me with a cheetah print eye mask that reads Queen) and was quite perturbed that I was awakened. I push the eye mask up, stumble to the door, wiping my eyes and yawning.
