Knee Update
I just completed the second day of staying off of my left knee. No running errands, standing, walking city blocks or climbing stairs. And I have been applying cold and heat to my knee regularly. I must report that the swelling is gone and so are the sharp pains. However, I am not confidant that this will last. But it hasn't felt this close to normal (normal occasional pain) in over a week so I feel a tiny bit hopeful. I have cautious hope. …

It came upon me on the evening of Flo's memorial celebration. Sharp and sudden. I was getting out of bed and as I was performing the simple act of placing my feet upon the floor (which requires bending the knees) I was struck with a surprise shot of pain in my left knee.
