I love India. That is what this film confirmed for me, a great love of this wonderful culture and people, the good along with the bad. Everyone should run to this movie. I went to the movies with the intention of seeing two films (one right after another at the same theater) I watched the entire cast doing their “Bollywood” dance number as the credits rolled and suddenly I was too elated to sit down in the dark any longer. I wanted to go out and live! It was enough, Slumdog was most satisfying.
Take my word for it on this one folks. Go see it. You will leave the theater happy as if you’d just finished a wonderful, hearty meal!
