I have been walking by it for days – months – years, but today I walked right up to it. Pulled the cobwebs off (literally), dusted off the seat and mounted my stationary bike. And I rode. I used to ride the thing for sixty minutes at a time back in the day, followed by free weights, the Bowflex and all kinds of core work.
It’s amazing how far I regressed into the non active lifestyle and the bad eating habits.
But not today!
Seriously folks, there were cobwebs on my work out equipment!
