I’m throwing my boa in the ring - the live music streaming ring. It’ll be me & my amazing keyboardist and Shiver: Ray Glower at first and we plan on giving this live streaming thing a go. My constant battle of the bulge is more like the battle to conceal the bulge. I have mastered the fine art of "hiding my physical flaws" which include: my arms, my thighs, and my belly. I gained some weight. I gained enough weight that I can see the difference from photos taken two years ago. My face is fuller, my back thicker but the biggest change is my hanging belly. As I prepared this morning for my noon o'clock concert I reached for the long summer gown (with sleeves) and sandals to perform in, then I looked at the support garment (girdle) that I was planning to wear under it and then I glanced at the more athletic wear (wicking fabric long shorts and loose flowing brightly colored tunic) folded neatly, alongside sneakers which give me much needed support for my knees.
