I saw a huge (tall & muscular) barefoot black man in a diaper (with baby bonnet and bottle) running around the Green Dolphin Street night club on Boom Boom Room night. first time in a long time…
I have been walking by it for days - months - years, but today I walked right up to it. Pulled the cobwebs off (literally), dusted off the seat and mounted my stationary bike. And I rode. I used to ride the thing for sixty minutes at a time back in the day, followed by free weights, the Bowflex and all kinds of core work. "Age ain't nothing but a number." That's what a twenty something said to me last week. I laughed. And as I glanced around the tavern and bopped to the music ( a "top forty" tune that I loved singing with my band) I realized that maybe it was true. "You're as young as you feel!"
