With these nails? I don’t think so!!
Just got home from a gig tonight at a country club. The place is literally a four minute walk from my house – sweet! The first time I went there I entered the gates and it was like entering the world of technicolor (see Wiz of Oz – Kansas vs. Munchkin land) I had decided to take a brisk walk there for a meeting in sweats (designer sweats mind you and carrying a Prada bag) Im not a label whore just giving you a preliminary picture of the diva.
There are folks wandering around in swim suits and shorts and flip flops all over the place. (members of course) Anyway, I am stopped after I enter the gates of this “private club” by security who promptly asks me if I am there to “fill out an application” EXCUSE ME? “Are you here to fill out an application for housekeeping?” I smile, hold up my perfectly manicured hands and said: “WITH THESE NAILS? I DON’T THINK SO!! I am still amused.
