If you fall, if you get sick, if something happens to you, it's your story. If it sounds crass, I suppose it is--I've had a lot of knives in my back in the last 2-3 years and most recently~so I am in it for me. Wounds do heal, however. We as a society are very “me” oriented.Sure, people will ask how you are and will help when asked but when it boils down to brass tacks,you are the only one responsible for you. Some people are nice and will help you but when it comes to medical shit and doctor visits, you are in the abyss. I have to schedule my 50 milemarker colonoscopy and my mammogram. Not real excited about the former but need to do it. Gettin' old ain't fer sissies!!! Glad the shot helped!!! I was immediately transported back to my childhood and the doctor's office. And everyone is complaining about their knees. Folks are coming out of the woodwork with knee complaints since I started sharing my own "Knee Chronicles." Regarding the login from Hell: I write so many naughty words (boob, bastard& balls... for starters LOL) that I get bombarded with porn spam. Though I get so many complaints that I wonder if there is a better way - got to talk to the web mgr. Thanks for commenting. Greatly appreciated! I know right! Did he have any idea who you are? I so feel your pain. I'm not crazy about doctors either and I have too many friends with knee replacements or surgery to feel comfortable with even sitting in that wiating room.
