My birthday is coming up on Wednesday the 18th July and I have no idea what I want to do. last year I had this bright idea that I wasn’t going to plan anything for my birthday. i was gonna be a free bird in Paris…no obligations…no plans…total spontaneity. Well, I ended up doing nothing – 2nd worst birthday of my life.

The worst was a few years ago. I had a huge crush on some man and he just wasn’t that into me. But of course that did not stop me from strapping on a jet engine so that I could fly right over to his bar tending job after my gig. (I absolutely cringe at the telling of this – OY!) And of course he ignored me. He may have given me a peck on the cheek or lips but that was not what I wanted from him. I wanted love.

Hmmm…that’s one good thing. I am not involved in any unrequited love obsession this year. Yippee!
Let’s see what else should I be thankful for: Oh my fabulous life, great friends, I can pay my bills, creeky knees, regained weight…hey wait a minute! It all started out so positive – this listing…
Anyway, one year older and no where to go!!! Help! Any suggestions? Trips are out of the question..am working on Thursday July 19.
